Just a couple of the pipes I have recently made.

This is the first in a series of pipes that I am going to make with a reservoir on the bottom of the pipe.  The majority of this pipe is made of Boxwood from Laos with the shank extention and reservoir cap made of Briar.  The stem is made of Vulcanite.  It is ten inches tall and the threads joining the reservoir cap are sixteen threads per inch.  This was the first time I have hand chased a thread in Briar, and was pleasantly surprised that it takes a thread well.

A plateau free form straight-grain Briar.  The stem is made of Vulcanite.  The length is 6.5 inches long.
This is the first meershaum that I have made.  It is quite difficult to get the raw material.  The bowl was only two ounces.  The goudet is made from the nutmeat of a Rapheal nut and the stem is vulcanite.  The pipe is seven inches long.
This was just for fun.  I call it the Elf Pipe.  The stem is vulcanite and the overall length is seven inches.
